30-Day Limited Warranty on Parts and Labor

At Precision Overhead Garage Door of Las Vegas, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship and dependable products. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor, effective from the date of service.

Terms of the Warranty

1. Coverage Period:
   • This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of service.
   • During this period, we will repair or replace defective part(s) and correct any labor-related issues at no cost to you.
2. Manufacturer’s Warranty:
   • Many of the parts we install come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
   • After the 30-day limited warranty, any claims for defective parts will need to be processed under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Labor Charges Beyond 30 Days:
   • If a part covered by a manufacturer’s warranty requires replacement after our 30-day limited warranty, we will handle the warranty claims process for you. The only charge will be for the labor associated with removing and installing the part(s).
4. Extended Warranty Options:
   • We offer Peace of Mind extended warranties (1-5 years) on moving parts, excluding electronics and labor. These warranties can be purchased at the time of service or within 30 days of installation.
   • Electronics are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
   • With any extended warranty, we’ll handle the entire warranty claims process for you. The only cost to you will be the labor for removing and installing the covered parts.
5. Exclusions:
   • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, or acts of nature (e.g., storms or earthquakes).
   • Adjustments, recalibrations, or maintenance beyond the warranty period are not covered and will incur standard service fees.
