The Rep Tech was at my house before, so he did the pmi and eventually R/R parts that needed fixing

The tech came the same afternoon I called and was able to fix the problem quickly! This is the only garage service I have used for the past 20 years. They are amazing.

Great service. Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He double checked his work and walked away me through everything he had done.

They do a good job and are always on time if not early for appointment. I've been very happy with their service. Prices are pretty much same as other companies. I have recommended them to my family and friends for garage door service.

Very professional and friendly. Showed up quickly and was willing to work with me on the cost! I highly recommend them for all your garage door needs!

UPDATE- changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars as issue was resolved. After leaving my review, I was contacted immediately by the General Manager who sincerely apologized and was able to resolve the issue with the motor not being able to be programmed to our new car. Dalton, our tech arrived early and worked with the vendor to get the car and door communicating. I appreciate how responsive and concerned Precision Overhead Door of Las Vegas is and will happily endorse them. Staff is engaged, professional and caring. Grateful for the support. Thank you!!———-Overall pleased with very fast attention. Our technician was a good salesman and we did purchase a new system. The new system (Liftmaster) seems to do a lot more than our 10+ year old system which is terrific HOWEVER it DOES NOT link to either of our car’s onboard opener buttons (2025 and 2014 models) and this is disappointing and a problem I don’t know how we can resolve.
