we chose precision because of the BBB rating, and i must say they live up to that.
Sam our service tech was outstanding, we have never had to buy a garage door before, he made the experience very easy for us and told us everything he would be doing, and no question was to silly for him, and we loved that there was no hidden fees.
We would strongly recemend Precision, it was a delightful experience.
